Which data do you mean?
qPACS is an on-premise product, so most data about you is not ours to delete — it is either on your own phone or on your organisation's server. This matters, because sending the request to the wrong place is the main reason deletions stall.
An enquiry you sent us
The demo request form, or an email or WhatsApp conversation that followed. This is the only personal data we hold about you, and we delete it on request.
Email us — route 1 below →Your device holds thisThe qPACS Mobile app
Your sign-in session and the server address you entered live on the phone itself. Nothing is sent to us, so you can clear it yourself in seconds.

Accounts, studies, reports and audit trails live on your organisation's own server. We have no access to it, so only your PACS administrator can act.

01Data we hold — an enquiry you sent us
If you submitted the demo request form, or emailed or messaged us, we hold what you sent: your name, email address, and any organisation, phone number and message you chose to include, plus the replies that followed.
To have it deleted, email info@integcubes.com with the subject Data deletion request and include:
- The name and email address you used so we can find the record
- What you want deleted the enquiry, the whole conversation, or everything
- Roughly when you contacted us optional, but it speeds up the search
There is no charge, you do not need an account, and we will not treat you any differently for asking. You do not have to give a reason.
What we may have to keep
If we have done business with you, tax and accounting law requires us to retain invoices and the records behind them for a set period. We will say so explicitly in our confirmation, and we will keep nothing beyond that. Everything else goes.
We will normally reply from the address the request concerns, so that a deletion cannot be triggered by someone else using your name. If you are writing from a different address, tell us which one to look for and we may ask one confirming question. We will never ask for a password or a payment detail.
02Data on your device — the qPACS Mobile app
qPACS Mobile talks directly to your organisation’s own server. Nothing is routed through us, and no images, reports or patient data are stored on the device — studies are streamed while you are signed in.
What the app does keep locally is your sign-in session and the connection settings you entered. To clear it:
- Sign out in the app — this ends the session and clears the stored credentials.
- Uninstall the app to remove everything it holds, including the saved server address and any preferences.
- On Android you can also use Settings → Apps → qPACS → Storage → Clear data; on iOS, deleting the app removes its container.
Because none of this ever reaches us, there is nothing for us to delete on your behalf and no request to send. Removing the app is the deletion.
Note that signing out or uninstalling does not delete your user account — that lives on your organisation’s server. See the next section.
03Data on your hospital's server — accounts and clinical records
This is the part people most often send to the wrong place. Your qPACS user account, along with every study, report, order and audit entry, is stored in the qPACS installation your organisation runs on its own hardware.
We do not operate it, we hold no copy of its database and we have no remote access to it. The organisation that runs the installation is the data controller for everything inside it, and only its administrators can delete a record there.
To delete a user account, contact your PACS administrator or IT department. In qPACS, an administrator can disable or remove a user from the users screen.
For a patient record or a study, your request goes to that healthcare provider under their own privacy notice and the health-records law of your country. Deletion of clinical records is frequently restricted — medical retention rules commonly require images and reports to be kept for a number of years, and audit trails are deliberately immutable so that access to records stays accountable. The provider will tell you what applies.
If you are that administrator and need help identifying or removing data in your own installation, we can advise on the procedure — email info@integcubes.com. The deletion is still carried out by you, on your system.
04What deletion does not reach
For completeness, two categories fall outside a deletion request to us:
- Hosting logs — our hosting provider keeps ordinary web-server logs on its own short retention schedule. They are not searchable by name and are not linked to enquiries.
- Rate-limit counters — the contact form counts submissions per IP address in memory for ten minutes to block flooding, then discards them. There is nothing there to delete by the time you could ask.
Both are described in full in the privacy policy.
05Your other rights
Deletion is one of several rights you may have. You can also ask us for a copy of what we hold, have it corrected, object to how we use it, or ask for it in a portable format. The same address handles all of them, and the privacy policy sets them out.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle your request, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
What happens next

This page describes deletion of data held by IntegCubes in connection with this website and the qPACS Mobile app. It does not govern the retention or deletion of clinical records inside a customer qPACS installation, which are controlled by the operating healthcare organisation under its own policies and the applicable health-records law. Where a signed licence, support or data processing agreement covers the same subject, that agreement takes precedence.
